Observation

At the time of the onsite monitor visit inspection, there was a computer charger that was accessible to children under the desk and was able to form a loop. (Blue Birds classroom) At the time of the onsite monitor visit inspection, there were four storage cubes on the white cabinets in purple bunnies classroom that were not secured/prevented from falling. At the time of the onsite monitor visit inspection, there was a floor unit air conditioner plugged into an extension chord, plugged into the wall. The AC unit was on and running; and is used daily during warm days. At the time of the onsite monitor visit inspection, there was a walkie talkie and tablet plugged into an outlet that was next (<1') to the children's handwashing sink, and were accessible to children.
